BH Fitness YV30R Vibroboost Commercial Vibration Plate

Commercial Vibration Plate

This week I’m giving the Vibroboost Commercial Vibration Plate a go. There is a bit of misconception surrounding this nifty bit of kit. It is thought that just standing on the Commercial Vibration Plate is enough to vibrate away the fat and you’ll step off a more slender version of yourself. Well, am really sorry but this is just not true! While there may be a bit of weight lost, due to the fat cells just exploding from the vibration, it is minimal. Trust me, I tried! The thought of the fat cells committing suicide all by themselves was just too appealing! However after standing on the machine for almost three days, it made no discernible difference. My vision cleared eventually though, so that’s good.

This machine is used more for toning of the muscle more than anything else. For example, I now have a lovely toned right arm. This is due, in part, to holding my glass up and away from my body to avoid spillage of wine while using the machine.  You can of course use weights, if you wish. My Verdict on the BH Fitness YV30R Vibroboos Commercial Vibration Plate:

After contorting myself into a number of positions, to get the maximum benefit from the machine, I do feel that it may have made a difference. It comes with a very handle little guide to show where to stand for the best benefit. There are resistance straps which can be used in a number of different ways and a handy guide on how to use these. There are some very interesting positions, some of which I’m not sure I’m confident enough to attempt in a gym, but alone in the warehouse, I gave them all a go!

Here are some of the less gymnastic type techniques for the Commercial Vibration Plate:

Every one of these positions works a different set of muscles. Both upper and lower body can benefit from this machine.

I’m going to hold off on scoring this as I think I’ll need to use this for next week as well. There is just so much of me to tone up!!

Read next week to see how I get on!
