BH Fitness Hiit Rower R899 is a powerful rowing machine designed for intensive training, whether at home or in a commercial environment. Thanks to the combination of air and magnetic resistance, it allows for smooth adjustment of intensity – the faster you row, the higher the resistance of the air component, while the magnetic mechanism offers 8 precise resistance levels for perfect adaptation to your exercise style.

The emphasis was on comfort and ergonomics – handlebars with anti-slip surface ensure a comfortable grip, while softened foam seat evenly distributes weight and prevents unpleasant pressure. The pedals are adjustable up to 7 levels and the distance between them is 25 cm, which helps the natural biomechanics of movement.

The device is equipped with a self-powered 5.5″ LCD monitor, which clearly displays all important data such as time, distance, strokes per minute (SPM), calories, watts and heart rate. In addition, it offers Bluetooth and ANT+ connectivity, so you can easily pair it with smart apps that allow you to track your progress.

For easy handling, the trainer is equipped with transport wheels and can be store in a vertical position, which saves space in any space.
