Adaptable to various fitness levels and abilities, the adidas Power Bands can be used for well-known and loved strength and conditioning exercises and can be used with other equipment such as weights, enabling you to receive the benefits from two types of exercises at once.

The resistances are per band and equate to the approximate loading at slight extension and up to maximum extension (or maximum loading)
