The BH Fitness L290 strength machine, which serves as a back pull-up, is a professional machine designed to train the upper back muscles, trapezius and biceps with the help of seated pull-ups. This is a professional machine that is primarily intended for fitness centers. It is made of a high-quality 4 mm thick steel structure, which is protected by a three-layer varnish with anti-corrosion protection.
BH Fitness L290 has 91 kilograms of weight for high-quality and safe press exercises. Both beginners and experienced individuals can exercise. The machine offers naturally ergonomic training, mainly thanks to the adjustable seat, sufficiently large rotating handles and padded chest support. The chest support is horizontally adjustable and attached to a swivel joint. It adapts to all users regardless of their height. The handles rotate 360° and adapt to the user’s needs, whether it is their height or exercise requirements. You can therefore choose any grip method and achieve a natural position and maximize the results of the exercises performed. The handles are also coated with high-quality anti-slip material and prevent accidental slipping during exercise.
The entire system is powered by a robust 5 mm thick steel cable and pulleys with industrial bearings.
This model also offers the option of purchasing an external SMART FOCUS monitor with which you can use the GYM LOOP training collective application. Thanks to this combination, you can have maximum overview of your performance and training statistics, number of repetitions as an exerciser, or, conversely, an overview of attendance and traffic to your gym from the position of a trainer and employer.
