Who Do We Use?
Ourselves within the “Super Saver” area. We use a combination of couriers to provide you with fast, efficient & value for money across the UK.
When will my delivery arrive?
We use nationally recognised couriers and most orders will be dispatched within 3-5 days from the date of payment. Standard delivery orders should arrive between 5 and 8 working days from the date of your order, however please allow up to 14 days for deliveries in more remote areas. Some larger products are to be shipped in from Spain however these will take up to 12 days to reach your door. Some items will be strapped to a pallet and therefore may take longer to reach you than smaller items.
Next Day Delivery
There is no next day delivery service only on Cyclone 8000 massage chairs.

Supersaver Delivery & Installation
Our “Super Saver” delivery and installation service is specifically designed to benefit our customers living within the geographic area indicated on the map below. This offer includes most of Scotland, Cumbria and the North-East of England.
As previously stated the Super Saver offer is only available on orders over £100.00. The delivery times for Super Saver orders are typically within 14 working days from date of order. All customers will be updated as to the status of a Super Saver order with real-time estimates for delivery and installation slots.

Delivery Zones & Costs
Delivery costs for orders up to £100.00 to mainland UK excluding ROI, the Channel Islands and the Highlands of Scotland are as follows:
Delivery is FREE for all orders over £100.00
NB: If the courier cannot deliver an item on the notified date due to the customer not being present then there will be a re-delivery charge. Couriers will take photos of the front of the address as proof of their attendance.

For all installations outside the designated Super Saver area we ask customers to allow up to 14 days following delivery of their order for our installation teams to complete the job.
A member of your regional installation team will be in touch within 3-8 working days of your order being delivered to advise you of available times lots and confirm the booking with you.
Please inform the installation team about any restrictions which may prevent access or location of your property, such as narrow stairwells/doors, a lack of parking or a postcode which is not easily recognised by a satellite navigation system.
Delivery Date Requests
We will always try to accommodate our customer’s requests for delivery dates however this cannot be guaranteed.
We aim to get all items delivered on time but sometimes elements outside our control prevent this from happening. Chandler Sports Limited will not be held responsible for these delays including but not exclusive to extreme weather or third party logistical failings.
1 Man Delivery Option
Our standard delivery option is 1 man delivery. These are also known as kerbside deliveries. Whilst these are perfectly fine for smaller items, we advise that customers help bring larger products into their address.
Chandler Sports Limited will charge for collection and re-delivery of all deliveries which are refused on the basis that there was restricted access i.e. narrow doors, stairwells etc. We would also charge these fees for refusals based on the customer’s inability to move the product from the courier’s vehicle to their address. For all refused deliveries under the aforementioned circumstances there will be a 20% re-stocking fee should the order be cancelled as a result.
Short Deliveries/Damaged Packaging
Short deliveries are where you receive fewer items than you were expecting. I.e. if you order 10 items and only receive 8 then you are ‘short’ of 2 items.
If a customer has accepted and signed for goods it is assumed that the order was correct and neither Chandler Sports Limited, nor the carrier can be held responsible in this instance.
In the event that you find you have not received what you have ordered or there is damage to the packaging then this MUST be written onto the delivery note and Chandler Sports Limited MUST be informed within 48 hours of your receipt of the goods.

Returns & Cancellations
Our standard returns period as set out under distance selling regulations is 7 working days from receipt of goods.
The item should be unopened and in resalable condition. For these ‘change of mind/unsuitable product’ returns the customer is responsible for covering return postage and any refund given will be minus a 20% re-stocking fee.
In the event you wish to return your product due to it developing a fault, then please phone our customer care team on 01968672020. Attempts will be carried out following engineer reporting and an investigation to why the product developed the fault. In the case of faulty items Chandler Sports Limited will not cover the cost of collecting your product/s and you will receive a full refund including any shipping fees paid.
Whilst the majority of spare part orders will be delivered within 14 working days from date of order, some parts may take up to 8 weeks due to manufacturing back orders and deliveries from overseas. Chandler Sports Limited will not be held responsible for these delays and once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. Self-diagnosing or advice provided by Chandler Sports to resolve a product fault will not be untitled to refunds for parts purchased. Only a Chandler Sports visit/diagnoses will a part be refunded. All outstanding invoices must be paid in full.
