The BH Fitness L610 strength machine is a professional machine that simulates pulling the abdominal pulley and hyperextension and is designed to train primarily the abdominal muscles and back erectors. This is a professional machine that is primarily intended for fitness centers. It is made of high-quality 4 mm thick steel construction, which is  protected by a three-layer varnish with anti-corrosion protection.

BH Fitness L610 has 90 kilograms of weight for high-quality and safe hyperextension exercises. Both beginners and experienced individuals can exercise. The machine offers naturally ergonomic strengthening, mainly thanks to the high-quality padded roller, which is made of durable material. Exercising on the L610 Ab / Low Back is a suitable solution for safely exercising the abdominal and lumbar muscles. The back extension helps to train, strengthen and firm the back and posture, and is therefore suitable for every athlete.

The back erectors are a very important muscle group that tends to weaken mainly due to sedentary work, or when comprehensively strengthening the back, other muscle groups take over the tension and the erectors weaken as a result.
