BH FITNESS L140 Biceps / Triceps Strength Machine

The BH Fitness L140 strength machine is a professional machine designed for training biceps using pull-ups and triceps presses while sitting. This is a professional machine that is primarily intended for fitness centers. It is made of a high-quality 4 mm thick steel structure, which is  protected by a three-layer varnish with anti-corrosion protection.

BH Fitness L140 has 90 kilograms of weights for high-quality and safe biceps pull-ups and triceps presses. Both beginners and experienced individuals can exercise. The machine offers naturally ergonomic training, mainly thanks to the adjustable seat, sufficiently large handles and an adjustable arm with 3 angles for each part, i.e. 1 – 3 for biceps and 4 – 6 for triceps. The handles adapt to the user’s needs, whether it is their height or exercise requirements. You can therefore choose any grip method and achieve a natural position and maximize the results of the exercises performed. The handles are alsocoated with high-quality anti-slip material and prevent accidental slipping during exercise. The handles rotate within a range of 90°, thus adapting to users of all heights. The entire strength arm can be positioned in 6 positions. The exercise is thus ergonomic and effective for people of any height.

 

The entire system is powered by a robust 5 mm thick steel cable and pulleys with industrial bearings.

This model also offers the option of purchasing an external SMART FOCUS monitor with which you can use the collective training GYM LOOP application. Thanks to this combination, you can have maximum overview of your performance and training statistics, the number of repetitions as an exerciser, or, conversely, an overview of your gym’s attendance and traffic from the position of a trainer and employer.
