The BH Fitness PL090 strength machine is a professional machine designed to train shoulder muscles using seated presses. The exercise can also be performed in isolation (each side separately). This is a professional machine that is primarily intended for fitness centers. It is made of high-quality 4 mm thick steel construction, which is protected by a three-layer varnish with anti-corrosion protection.
BH Fitness PL090 has 2 loading pins with a diameter of 50 mm, on which the user loads the discs themselves, thus determining the load with which they will exercise. Beginners and experienced individuals can therefore exercise. The machine offers naturally ergonomic strengthening, especially thanks to the adjustable seat. Anti-slip aluminum handles serve for the best feeling during exercise. They have a fine serration and there is no risk of slipping, even with sweaty palms.
