BH FITNESS PL110 pull-up machine

The BH Fitness PL110 pull-up machine is a professional machine designed to train the upper back muscles, pectoral muscles and biceps  using the upper pulley while sitting. The exercise can also be performed in isolation (each side separately). This is a professional machine that is primarily intended for fitness centers. It is made of high-quality 4 mm thick steel construction, which is  protected by a three-layer varnish with anti-corrosion protection.

BH Fitness PL110 has 2 loading pins with a diameter of 50 mm, on which the user loads the discs themselves, thereby determining the load with which they will exercise.  Beginners and experienced individuals can therefore exercise. The machine offers a naturally ergonomic workout, thanks to the adjustable footrest and sufficiently large handles. The handles adapt to the user’s needs, whether it is their height or exercise requirements. You can therefore choose any grip method and achieve a natural position and maximize the results of the exercises performed. The handles have a fine knurling and there is no risk of slipping, even with sweaty palms.
