BH FITNESS PL150 triceps barbell machine

The BH Fitness PL150 triceps barbell machine is a professional machine designed for training the pectoral muscles and triceps using seated dips. The exercise can also be performed in isolation (each side separately). This is a professional machine that is primarily intended for fitness centers. It is made of high-quality 4 mm thick steel construction, which is  protected by a three-layer varnish with anti-corrosion protection.

BH Fitness PL150 has 2 loading pins with a diameter of 50 mm, on which the user loads the discs themselves, thereby determining the load with which he will exercise. Beginners and experienced individuals can therefore exercise. The machine offers naturally ergonomic training, mainly thanks to the positionable seat, adjustable footrest and sufficiently large handles. The handles adapt to the user’s needs, whether it is their height or exercise requirements. You can therefore choose any grip method and thus achieve a natural position and maximize the results of the exercises performed. The handles are equipped with high-quality anti-slip material, so there is no risk of slipping, even with sweaty palms.
