BH FITNESS PL170 strength machine isolated squats

The BH Fitness PL170 strength machine is a professional machine designed to train the thigh muscles using squats in the knee. The exercise can also be performed in isolation (each side separately). This is a professional machine that is primarily intended for fitness centers. It is made of a high-quality steel structure with a thickness of 4 mm, which is  protected by a three-layer varnish with anti-corrosion protection.

BH Fitness PL170 has a loading mandrel with a diameter of 50 mm, on which the user loads the discs themselves, thereby determining the load with which they will exercise. Beginners and experienced individuals can therefore exercise. The machine offers naturally ergonomic training, especially thanks to the adjustable knee rest and kicker. The aluminum handles, which you can hold on to during the exercise, will help prevent unnecessary movements and you can focus only on the correct kicking technique. They are equipped with an anti-slip surface and there is no risk of slipping, even with sweaty palms.
