The BH Fitness PL290 strength machine is a professional machine designed to train the upper back muscles and biceps using pull-ups. This is a professional machine that is primarily intended for fitness centers. It is made of high-quality steel construction with a thickness of 4 mm, which is protected by a three-layer varnish with anti-corrosion protection.
BH Fitness PL290 has a loading mandrel with a diameter of 50 mm, on which the user loads the discs themselves, thereby determining the load with which they will exercise. Beginners and experienced individuals can therefore exercise. The machine offers naturally ergonomic strengthening, mainly thanks to the comfortable chest support and sufficiently large multi-grip handles. Double-grip handles adapt to the user’s needs, whether it is their height or exercise requirements. The geometry of the movable arm and the possibility of a double grip effectively train the muscles of the upper back. Anti-slip treads guarantee high-quality foot support and maximum safety even during intensive training in fitness centers.
