BH Fitness Movemia M090 strength machine is a professional machine designed for exercising shoulder muscles and triceps using seated presses. This is a professional machine that is primarily intended for fitness centers. It is made of high-quality 4 mm thick steel construction, which is  protected by a three-layer varnish with anti-corrosion protection.

BH Fitness Movemia M090 has 112.5 kilograms of weight for high-quality and safe press exercises with the possibility of expanding up to 135 kg. Beginners and experienced individuals can therefore exercise. The machine offers naturally ergonomic strengthening, mainly thanks to the adjustable seat and sufficiently large handles. The handles adapt to the user’s needs, whether it is their height or exercise requirements. You can therefore choose any grip method and thus achieve a natural position and maximize the results of the exercises performed. The handles are also coated with high-quality anti-slip material and prevent accidental slipping during exercise.

The entire system is powered by a robust 6.35 mm thick steel cable and pulleys with industrial bearings. 

This model also offers the option of purchasing an external SMART FOCUS monitor with which you can use the GYM LOOP training collective application. Thanks to this combination, you can have maximum overview of your performance and training statistics, the number of repetitions as an exerciser, or, conversely, an overview of your gym’s attendance and traffic from the position of a trainer and employer.
