Chandler Sports will Hire fitness equipment to  homes users and businesses to test the equipment and their finances before buying their chosen products.

Length of hire:

The minimum term for hire is 8 weeks.  This can then be extended in blocks of 4 weeks.  Customers can extend the hire for as long as they wish.

Payment:

Payment for the agreed initial term is [aid in full via credit or debit card.  We do accept cheques, which must be presented to the engineer prior to the installation of the equipment.  Should the cheque prove to be invalid then an administration surcharge of £15.00 will be charged.

Installation:

Installation of equipment to ground floor rooms or to garages is included in the cost of the hire.  Should the customer require installation to a room on the 1^st floor or above then a surcharge of £25.00 is payable as this will involve an extra installer.

Availability:

Should the customer not be home at the allocated time there will be an additional charge of £40.00 for re-delivery.

Damages:

The equipment will be inspected on the date of installation, the condition of which will be signed off on by both the customer and the engineer.  On the date of collection the engineer will inspect the equipment again and should there be any damage noted, the office will be informed and the customer will be notified if any further charges are to be made.

Breakdown:

Should the equipment develop a fault during the hire period the customer must inform Chandler Sports.  For each day the equipment is out of commission the customer will receive an extra day on the end of their hire as compensation for the inconvenience.
