The BH Fitness L030 has 95 kilograms of weight for high-quality and safe squatting exercises with the option of expanding up to 135 kg. Both beginners and experienced individuals can exercise. The machine offers naturally ergonomic strengthening, especially thanks to the adjustable kicker. In the front there is a support for the other leg, an adjustable padded chest support, 2 forearm supports and rubberized handles that help you hold the exercise correctly and also serve as support.

The entire system is powered by a robust 5 mm thick steel cable and pulleys with industrial bearings.

This model also offers the option of purchasing an external SMART FOCUS monitor with which you can use the GYM LOOP collective training application. Thanks to this combination, you can have maximum overview of your performance and training statistics, number of repetitions as an exerciser, or, conversely, an overview of attendance and traffic to your gym from the position of a trainer and employer.
