The load here is created by air resistance with a paddle wheel, which is connected to the pedals via a gear. As the fan rotates, the air resists the blades, generating resistance that increases continuously with increasing speed. The trainer is equipped with an LCD display with Bluetooth, ANT+, which allows connection to popular training applications. Keep your performance under control and push your limits with interactive training.
