BH FITNESS PL300 Weight Machine Isolated Back Pull-Ups

The BH Fitness PL300 weight machine is a professional machine designed to train the upper back muscles and biceps  using seated pull-ups (imitation of the rowing movement). The exercise can also be performed in isolation (each side separately). This is a professional machine that is primarily intended for fitness centers. It is made of high-quality 4 mm thick steel construction, which is  protected by a three-layer varnish with anti-corrosion protection.

BH Fitness PL300 has 2 loading pins with a diameter of 50 mm, on which the user loads the discs themselves, thereby determining the load with which he will exercise. Therefore, beginners and experienced individuals can exercise. The machine offers naturally ergonomic strengthening, mainly thanks to the height-adjustable seat and sufficiently large multi-grip handles. The handles adapt to the user’s needs, whether it is their height or exercise requirements. You can therefore choose any grip method and achieve a natural position and maximize the results of the exercises performed. The handles have a fine serration and there is no risk of slipping, even with sweaty palms.
