BH Fitness PL340 HIP THRUST is a professional weight machine designed for training the gluteal muscles. This is a professional machine that is primarily intended for fitness centers. It is made of high-quality steel construction with a thickness of 4 mm, which is protected by a three-layer varnish with anti-corrosion protection.

BH Fitness PL340 has a loading mandrel with a diameter of 50 mm, on which the user loads the discs themselves, thereby determining the load with which they will exercise. Beginners and experienced individuals can therefore exercise. The PL340 HIP THRUST weight machine is equipped with a large anti-slip plate for safe training, an adjustable pelvic roller, disc storage pins and a safety lever.
