Thanks to this display, you will get a professional video manual for the correct execution of exercises, so whether a beginner or professional athlete comes and is not sure of the correct technique, or even has no idea what the exercise is for, the video guide will clearly show the user how to perform the exercise without needing advice from the gym staff.

The trainer can be used in conjunction with the professional the collective GYM LOOP application from the BH Fitness brand with which you can collect data on the number of repetitions in your private exercise profile and completely evaluate your training using all trainers that have this technology.
