BH FITNESS PL070 strength machine, seated chest presses

The BH Fitness PL070 strength machine is a professional machine designed to train the pectoral muscles using seated presses – similar to the classic bench press. The exercise can also be performed in isolation (each side separately). This is a professional machine that is primarily intended for fitness centers. It is made of a high-quality steel structure with a thickness of 4 mm, which is  protected by a three-layer varnish with anti-corrosion protection.

BH Fitness PL070 has 2 loading pins with a diameter of 50 mm, on which the user loads the discs themselves, thereby determining the load with which they will exercise. Beginners and experienced individuals can therefore exercise. The machine offers naturally ergonomic strengthening, especially thanks to the adjustable seat. Anti-slip aluminum handles serve for the best feeling during exercise. They have a fine serration and there is no risk of slipping, even with sweaty palms.
