BH Fitness HIIT H889 is a stable and dynamic air bike trainer, ready to handle even the most demanding training in a home or commercial environment. The load here is created by air resistance with a paddle wheel, which is connected to the pedals via a gear. As the fan rotates, the air resists the blades, generating resistance that increases continuously with increasing speed. The computer is equipped with two displays – one for HIIT interval training and the other for displaying important values ​​during training.

TheBH Fitness HIIT H889 trainer has an adjustable saddle in both horizontal and vertical directions + saddle inclination. It also has floor levelers and transport wheels for easier handling in space.
