The BH Fitness L310 abdominal muscle strength machine is a professional machine designed for exercising abdominal muscles. It is made of high-quality 4 mm thick steel construction, which is protected by a three-layer varnish with anti-corrosion protection.
BH Fitness L310 has 91 kilograms of weight available for high-quality and safe abdominal muscle strengthening. So beginners and experienced individuals can exercise. The machine offers naturally ergonomic strengthening, especially thanks to the arm equipped with foam supports V Double Roll and a saddle with a shaped backrest, which ensures maximum muscle isolation and back support. The abdominal exercise machine will allow you to strengthen especially the rectus abdominis muscle, as it copies the movement as in crunches. Strengthened abdominal muscles help with overall posture, thus preventing pain in various body parts.
The entire system is powered by a robust 5 mm thick steel cable and pulleys with industrial bearings.
This model also offers the option of purchasing an external SMART FOCUS monitor with which you can use the GYM collective training application LOOP.
